We traveled to the border of the D.R. this morning. We saw extreme poverty in the midst of beautiful scenery! By the border is a compound preparing for 25k refugees that the Haitian government will bus away from Port au Prince. They have a Tilapia farm and many wells to provide for the displaced people.
